Congratulations MBA Class of 2019!

Audencia has sent out an official email asking the class to register for the Graduation Ceremony held on the 8th of February 2020. If you have received the email, please register yourself for the event if you have not already done so.

Every graduate can be accompanied by a maximum of 2 guests.

The school will send out the personal invitations for the graduates and the guests shortly via email. Everyone attending the ceremony is supposed to carry the invitations with them either as a print or a digital copy (in the mobile phones). There will be no entry without the invitation.

Program Schedule:
 

• 9:00am : Doors open at la Cité Congress Center
  Welcome desks – Cloakroom – Distribution of caps and gowns – Diploma handed to each graduate (To keep until when you are called onto the stage)
• 10:30am : Doors close at la Cité Congress Center
  You must be seated in the auditorium, in the area reserved for your programme
• 10:45am – 1:30pm : Graduation ceremony for all
  The ceremony will feature words from faculty and from programme directors as well as surprises!
  The graduates will be called onto the stage in the following order:
  – Bachelor and BBA
  – Audencia SciencesCom
  – International Masters
  – International MBA’s
  – Executive Programmes

• 1:30pm – 3:00pm : Drinks and light buffet with photo activities and other surprises
