Introduction

We are pleased to invite you to a conference organized by CCI FRANCE CHINE in collaboration with Sciences Po, featuring Professor Emeritus Bertrand BADIE. This event will be moderated by CCI FRANCE CHINE's President Mr Rémi PAUL and will explore innovative perspectives on understanding global politics.

Professor BADIE, a highly regarded scholar in the field of international relations, will present an approach to international relations informed by his sociological, historical and comparative insights. He will shed light on the issues of discourses, meanings and identities of subjective actors, which lie behind the “objective reality” of international politics, but are even more fundamental to understand, rethink and reconstruct the international order and international agenda, in a post-modernist way.

We will also have the opportunity to hear about his forthcoming book L'art de la Paix and his analysis of the latest international situation.
