Dr. Ken Chan is a Partner at Optimus SBR, an independent management consulting firm, where he leads the health, government and public sector practice. He has served as Assistant Deputy Minister in the Ontario Government, as Assistant Director with the UK Government’s Better Regulation Executive, Senior Advisor in the Mayor’s Office at London City Hall, and Public Affairs Director at Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Ken has an Executive PhD in Management from ESCP Business School.
