Audencia vous invite à la présentation officielle de son Schéma Directeur Développement Durable et Responsabilité Sociétale (DD&RS), un document structurant et stratégique partageant la vision de l'école sur ces sujets à horizon 2030.

Il y a 20 ans, Audencia faisait le choix audacieux d’intégrer les enjeux de Développement Durable et Responsabilité Sociétale (DD&RS) dans ses valeurs. Nous avons décidé d’agir, convaincus que former des leaders responsables était la clé pour relever les défis du XXIe siècle. 
Aujourd’hui, nous franchissons une nouvelle étape avec la publication du Schéma Directeur DD&RS 2030. Ce document stratégique s’aligne et complète le plan STOA 2030, il incarne notre vision pour les cinq prochaines années : faire d’Audencia un acteur académique et institutionnel majeur de la transition écologique et sociale, en France et à l’international. 
 
Un projet collectif et structurant
Le Schéma Directeur DD&RS s’articule autour de 5 axes :

► Enseignement & Formation
► Recherche & Innovation
► Environnement & Décarbonation
► Politique sociale & Qualité de Vie au Travail 
 
A travers ses engagements, Audencia réaffirme son positionnement : 
  • Former des citoyens responsables et éclairés, capables de transformer les organisations et la société, 
  • Produire et diffuser des recherches à impact, multidisciplinaires et co-construites avec nos parties prenantes, 
  • Aligner notre fonctionnement interne pour anticiper les impacts, réduire nos émissions, promouvoir la diversité et l’inclusion, et incarner l’éthique des affaires.

Twenty years ago, Audencia made the bold decision to incorporate Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility (SD&SR) into its values. We decided to take action, convinced that training responsible leaders was the key to meeting the challenges of the 21st century. 
Today, we are taking a new step forward with the publication of the SD&SR 2030 Master Plan. This strategic document aligns with and complements the STOA 2030 plan. It embodies our vision for the next five years: to make Audencia a major academic and institutional player in the ecological and social transition, both in France and internationally.
A collective and structuring project
The SD&SR Master Plan is structured around five areas:

► Social Policy & Quality of Life at Work
Through its commitments, Audencia reaffirms its positioning:
  • To train responsible and informed citizens capable of transforming organizations and society. 
  • Producing and disseminating impactful, multidisciplinary research developed in collaboration with our stakeholders,
  • Aligning our internal operations to anticipate impacts, reduce our emissions, promote diversity and inclusion, and embody business ethics.
This Master Plan is a call to action for all our communities: students, teachers, employees, suppliers, and partners.
