In today's fast changing global economy, we must work with people who are different from us. MCB helps organizations, and individuals, manage diversity and turn challenges into opportunities to achieve business objectives.

Lionel Laroche, President of MCB, received his education in France and the United States and started his career in Canada. He worked with professionals from all over the world and in Germany and Italy on expatriate assignments. The cultural adaptation process, after immigrating to Canada and working on international assignments for multinational companies, taught him so much that he decided to use the knowledge to help professionals from all over the world to achieve career success and organizations benefit from the opportunities brought by a diverse workforce and the global market.

Lionel has been a very strong support of AAGEF Ontario since its inception and he has already spoken and managed workshops throughout the years at AAGEF Ontario. His events have always been extremely popular and members are always extremely whenever he comes . DO NOT MISS IT !
