Tamim is an associate professor at Audencia, and the academic director for the Full Time MBA and the EuroMBA programmes. Before joining Audnecia in 2013, he worked as a visiting lecturer at Buckingham University, UK and, prior to that, he worked as an optician and manager in optical retail chains in Syria and the UK. Tamim’s current research interests are primarily in strategic management, in particular how junior managers enact or not organisational strategies in their daily work. His secondary research is in education and developing critical thinking. Tamim is in Japan on a research visit to Kyoto University working on a project treating curricular design at the programme level. He delivers courses on strategic management, international business strategies and research methods to Master’s and executive learners.
