Julie Nadia
Head of Marketing & Portfolio Management, Fidinam (Guangzhou), China
Dr Julie Nadia is a Senior Project Manager with over 17 years of international experience across accounting, taxation, and cross-sector advisory, with strong cross-cultural competence from working in diverse global markets. In this session, she will demystify one of the most valuable tax benefits for SMEs in China—including the reduced corporate tax rate under 6%—offering practical insights participants can apply directly to their own operations.
Phuong Thao Bui
Managing Partner, Fidinam Vietnam
Ms Thao is a qualified lawyer and member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, specialising in corporate, investment, and tax law. Her practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, employment law, corporate compliance and governance, and investment advisory across multiple industries. Leading the Fidinam Vietnam team, delivering comprehensive legal and business support to foreign companies operating and investing in the country.
Desiree M. Tan
Head of Asia Desk, Fidinam (Singapore)
Ms Tan has 18 years of experience in private client practice, having worked in the real estate and yacht industries before moving into the trust and corporate services sector. She advises clients on family offices, company and fund setups in Singapore and various offshore jurisdictions. Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University and LLM in International Business Law from the University of Liverpool, is a certified WMI Family Office Advisor.
