Most transformations fail for political reasons, not technical ones.

Competing priorities, stakeholder resistance, hidden agendas, and influence networks are part of every major change effort. The most effective change leaders don't avoid politics. They learn to harness them ethically.

In this engaging and interactive keynote, Edmond begins with a defining story from early in his career. A mentor challenged his assumptions about change leadership and revealed a lesson that shaped more than 30 years of transformation success: organizational politics has two sides. The key is learning how to harness the light side.
