Dare to disconnect in NYC!


Alumni in New York are rising to the challenge - without their cellphones...

Join them on 20 March for 1 hour of yoga followed by an aperitif and some uninterrupted socialising.


VENUE:
Yoga Union, 37 West 28th St, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10001

PROGRAMME:
18:15-18:30 Welcome and registration (signing the waivers)
18:30-19:30 Yoga session
19:30-21:00 Apéritif "dinatoire" (in the same Yoga room)

LOGISTICS:
There is a small changing room by the yoga room. Nevertheless, it would be preferable to arrive in sports clothes. Comfortable clothes are ideal, no need to buy Lululemon's latest outfit!

The yoga class will be the starting point to put your phone on standby (until the following morning) and do some digital detox.
The idea is to work on our relationship to time and the yoga class will help to initiate this process.


 

Objective: clock up participants' number of disconnected hours and share this figure with the rest of the alumni network.
