In this webinar Lola Bejide will explore the various applicable methods which will help you to plan the career you want, whilst learning how to navigate through the bumps and detours that will occur.

We will also take a look at the fundamental steps required to map out career trajectories, such as: career roadmap, MSN (Mentor, Sponsor, Networking) strategies, career progression analysis, turning obstacles into opportunities. By the end of the webinar attendees will have the skills and knowledge to:
 

• Map out their own career trajectory using a 5-year career roadmap,
• Understand and utilise the external support mechanisms to grow within chosen career.
• Adapt a new perspective that enables obstacles to be treated as opportunities for self-development and demonstration of professional agility.

About the speaker
Lola Bejide has over 20 years of Corporate Senior Business Management experience within the Investment Banking sector. During this time, Lola managed global teams and C-Suite executives. After gaining significant insight and extensive experience, Lola founded Soluman Consultancy, which equips and empowers individuals to reach their full potential while firmly being in the driver’s seat of their career trajectory.
