A change of leadership currency requires us to unlearn the habits of power and master the habits of trust. About the speaker
John Blakey is author of The Trusted Executive and Founder of The Trusted Executive Foundation, and works as an executive coach and board adviser with CEOs and elite sport coaches around the globe. The Trusted Executive Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation that specialises in helping leaders build purpose-led, high performance cultures built on the values of trust and challenge. 
His many clients have included Shell, Unilever and Investec Bank. John’s business experience also includes time as a Fast Track 100 entrepreneur, FTSE 100 International Managing Director and Chair/Director of a number of voluntary organisations. He was also named as one of the top thought leaders on organisational trust at the Trust Across America awards in 2016. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Aston Business School.
