Determined, constantly in a hurry, and paring her actions down the essentials, Victoria lives life at 100 km/h. At 28, her days are devoted to creating social impact and she doesn’t bother with detours or taking the long way round. Perched on two packing boxes during her lunch break, she answers our interview questions simply, precisely and directly, her voice hoarse from a persistent cough.
“I don’t pretend that on my own I’m changing the world, but by helping a few people, I am making my contribution and improving the system as a whole. That’s something.”

Thomas Roulet, GE 2009, Deputy Director of the MBA Programme, Cambridge Judge Business School, Cambridge In 2009, Thomas Roulet graduated from Sciences Po and Audencia’s Grande École Master in Management programme. Today he is an Associate Professor at Cambridge University, Deputy Director of the MBA at Judge Business School and co-director of the incubator at King’s College Cambridge. Stéphane Dugast, SciencesCom 1998, Writer, author, documentary filmmaker & reporter, Paris After graduating from SciencesCom in 1998, Stéphane Dugast quickly embarked on the adventure of the open sea by becoming a reporter for Cols Bleus, the magazine of the French Navy. Although he is a reporter, director, author and lecturer, we could also describe him as a storytelling explorer. Stéphane travels the world bringing home tales of adventure where, in the background, we catch a glimpse the exploits of explorers from Pytheas to Paul-Émile Victor, via Magellan and Jules Verne, who hardly ever left France but whose accounts of Extraordinary Voyages gave rise to so many callings, including Stéphane’s… In a nod to Arthur Rimbaud, one of the many heroes of his youth, we could describe Stéphane Dugast as a ``man with soles of wind``. When we ask him to go back to the sources of this appetite for the unknown, exoticism and the ends of the world, he takes us back to Nantes, between the river Loire and the Sillon de Bretagne, where the young Stéphane first felt the call of distant horizons. Un Ingénieur-Manager joue Les Brigands !
Antoine LETAMENDIA (GE 18 ing-man) joue Les Brigands d'Offenbach du 12 janvier au 4 février 2024 au théâtre du Gymnase Marie Bell (Paris) « Quelle joie d’entrer dans cette bande de brigands, tisser des liens, apprendre à chanter en chœur, ressentir l’énergie qui s’en dégage ! » Le jour, Antoine est chef de projet Bâtiment & Process industriel chez Chronopost. Le soir et certains week-ends, il se glisse dans la peau d'un brigand et d'un Espagnol dans l’opéra-bouffe Les Brigands d’Offenbach, au sein d’une Troupe mêlant amateurs, semi-professionnels et professionnels au profit d'associations : Les Tréteaux Lyriques. « Après avoir réussi l’audition, non sans stress, j’intègre la Troupe en tant que baryton pour enfin célébrer Offenbach ! » « J’ai l’impression de monter sur scène avec les stars de ma jeunesse. » En effet, Antoine découvrait la Troupe dès l’âge de 4 ans et distribuait les programmes de la première production des Brigands à 10 ans. Il connaît ainsi rapidement les airs de Falsacappa, Fiorella et Fragoletto sur le bout des doigts. Et son attachement à Offenbach ne l’a surtout jamais quitté : « Ses œuvres joyeuses m’accompagnent partout, durant les révisions, dans le métro ou le train. » En 2018, l'année de sa diplomation à Audencia, il sait qu'il montera sur scène, il le souhaite de tout coeur... Ce sera chose faite dès le 12 janvier prochain et ce, durant 12 représentations, au théâtre du Gymnase Marie Bell à Paris. > Accédez à la billetterie < > Découvrez le site de la Troupe < Les Brigands d’Offenbach Dernier grand succès avant la guerre franco-prussienne de 1870, Les Brigands présente un véritable monde à l’envers, qui malmène autant la géographie que les convenances, où le brigandage fait loi et l’armée de la figuration, et où l’argent ne fait même plus le bonheur ! Au cœur d’un paysage sauvage et montagneux règnent les terribles Brigands de la bande de Falsacappa, qui n’ont rien à craindre des carabiniers dont la principale qualité est d’arriver « toujours trop tard ». Mais les affaires vont mal et il est urgent que Falsacappa et son fidèle mentor Pietro trouvent une idée pour renflouer leurs caisses. Dans cette pièce, Jacques Offenbach y raille la haute finance (l'air du caissier), la mode espagnole en vogue à la cour (« il y a des gens qui se disent espagnols »), la futilité des têtes couronnées, la vanité de la diplomatie et l'inefficacité de la force publique (les carabiniers rendus célèbres par le bruit de leurs bottes arrivent toujours trop tard). La Troupe des Tréteaux Lyriques Créée en 1968, l'association ‘Les Tréteaux Lyriques’ fait revivre bénévolement les opéra-bouffes à la française. L'intégralité des bénéfices de ses spectacles est reversée à des œuvres humanitaires. La Troupe comprend une quarantaine de chanteuses et chanteurs tous bénévoles, motivés, qui s’engagent pour un spectacle. Celui-ci nécessite près d’une année de préparation. C’est pourquoi le rythme s’est imposé de donner un spectacle tous les deux ans. Ce rythme bisannuel permet aux membres de la troupe pris par leurs tâches professionnelles et familiales, de reprendre souffle pour donner le meilleur d’eux-mêmes au spectacle. Afin que leurs spectacles soient à la hauteur d’un public de plus en plus en plus exigeant, la Troupe fait appel à une équipe expérimentée pour la mise en scène, le travail des chœurs, la direction musicale et l’orchestre. De jeunes professionnels choisissent souvent de donner de leur temps et de leur talent à l’association élevant ainsi par leur présence le niveau général de la Troupe. Bon spectacle !
