Audencia alumna Manuelle Charbonneau, PhD, has developed an executive circle, a virtual group which aims to overcome many of the challenges faced by leaders, namely:
  • overly busy working long hours across time zones
  • not having enough time to connect with peers
  • not having enough time to focus on managing their career
  • and not finding the right type of expertise for the complex changes they are facing with a world that is moving faster and faster.
The executive circle is an opportunity to get support, international networking and expert coaching without adding more hours to an already overstretched day. In a nutshell, the executive circle is:
  • a 4-session sprint
  • 1.5 hours each
  • delivered virtually so with no travel time
  • every two weeks, with a small group of hand picked senior leaders (the last group included the CEO for the US of a global testing organisation, the Director of big data at IBM Almaden R&D, the SVP of digital transformation of large French energy company, and the VP of IS for the US of a global luxury company).
Currently in progress (May-June 2017) is an executive circle on the topic of Real Change in a Complex World. The next Executive Circle will begin mid-September 2017.
Please contact Manuelle to schedule a brief introduction to see if this is right for you.
